Meet Our Team

Dr. Sears received her DVM degree from the Ohio State University in 2000, graduating in the top 10% of her class. Prior to attending veterinary school, she earned an MBA and held various positions in business.

Rachel has 10+ years of customer service in both the veterinary and human medical fields. She brings not only her skills but great compassion for patients and clients, as well as a positive attitude that we all appreciate.

Kayson is a licensed veterinary technician who graduated from Blue Ridge Community College, where they were top of their class in many areas.

Jesse is a veterinary technician who graduated from Blue Ridge Community College. They would eventually like to work with wildlife with their LVT license.

Aleena is a recent JMU graduate with 2+ years of veterinary assisting experience. Both clients and coworkers sincerely appreciate her sweet demeanor and willingness to help. She enjoys helping clients with understanding their pet's needs and is especially passionate about learning new skills.

Brayden is a computer science student with the technical know how to help us out when we have computer issues.
