Rachel has 10+ years of customer service in both the veterinary and human medical fields. She brings not only her skills but great compassion for patients and clients, as well as a positive attitude that we all appreciate.
When not at work, you'll often find Rachel seeing live music and chasing waterfalls with her dog Sugar, a four year old minpin. She has also almost been to all 50 states with just 9 left to go.
